What is Armored Cloud?

Where is the Armored Cloud infrastructure hosted?

Armored Cloud operates within Tier IV-certified datacenters in Luxembourg (EBRC) and Sofia, Bulgaria (Equinix). Both sites are fully redundant, providing continuous data replication and ensures 99.99 % uptime and 8–72 hour recovery SLAs for total business continuity.

How can users access their virtual desktops?

Users can log in from any connected PC or Mac in under two minutes. Access is simple — you can either:
  • Install the VMware Horizon client (recommended for full performance), or
  • Use a web browser for installation-free access on any device.
  • Armored Cloud also supports tablet and mobile connections (even via 4G sharing) and USB devices like printers, scanners, and security tokens.
Any Windows software (from XP to Windows 11) runs natively. Cloud tools like OneDrive, Dropbox, and Google Drive are supported through VDI integration. A containerization system assigns applications to specific users or departments as needed.

What administrative controls do clients have?

A real-time management dashboard lets administrators track user sessions, access rights, data volumes, and activity. They can self-manage permissions and monitor consumption directly.
Each Armored Cloud subscription includes the Windows license, Office Suite, daily backups, monitoring, support, and maintenance — all for a predictable per-user monthly fee.
